Twelve Apostles Hotel

The city of Cape Town is known as being one of Africa's gems, with a setting on a par with Rio di Janeiro and Hong Kong in terms of natural beauty. Table Mountain marks the natural boundary between Cape Town and the chain of peaks that makes up the Cape itself, and it is between this chain of peaks and the Atlantic Ocean that the Twelve Apostles is sandwiched, in a truly beautiful setting.

Rooms on offer give guests a choice of view - they can have either mountains or ocean. All rooms are luxuriously fitted with ensuite  bathrooms and most offer a private patio or balcony. They are decorated in tasteful African chic.

The Cape region is known for being a bastion of fine dining, and the hotel's restaurant is award winning, offering a range of Cape-fusion food. In addition to this is another, lighter, grill, andthe Leopard Bar with its wide range of vodkas and ports.

A trip to the Cape would not be complete without a visit to the wine regions just to the North of the city, around the towns of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschoek. Vineyards here not only offer some of the world's finest wines, but also many are accompanied by top class eateries for visitors.

Looking Southward is the stunning peninsula, comprising the rest of Table Mountain National Park (with its baboon population) and the dramatic meeting of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans at Cape Point

If that isn't enough, the nearby beach at Camps Bay is notoriously beautiful and boasts a trendy nightlife. If that isn't enough, then the hotel also provides a great base to explore Cape Town proper.

The hotel is also home to its own spa.
