Sugar Beach

Mauritius' famous West coast is home to Sugar Beach, a luxury resort boasting mountain views inland, and ocean sunsets in the opposite direction.

Rooms available vary from standard rooms through to villa suites, all complete with all expected luxury furnishings such as flat screen TVs and wi-fi, and boasting sea views.

Eating at the resort is a treat for guests, with four restaurants available. These will provide you with a choice of simple and rustic Italian, sophisticated seafood, international buffet and some local specialities. Three of the restaurants also support bars capable of providing a range of cocktails and even afternoon tea. Another bar is attatched to the sporting facilities.

That bar is the perfect reward to a hard session of sport, be it at one of the tennis courts, at the gym or after a swim. Guests also have preferential access to nearby Championship golf courses. If getting into the sea is more your style, a wide range of watersports are on offer.

Should the bar not provide sufficient relaxation, then the spa is always there to ensure it. A range of treatments and facilities, including Hammam, are available.
